Welcome to Arcafeed, a research platform developed by Arcafeed LLC ("Arcafeed," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Arcafeed platform.
1. Overview of Services
Arcafeed provides a web-based research tool that leverages public and private data, combined with proprietary large language model (LLM) architecture and reinforcement learning techniques ("RLFF"), to surface potential investment ideas, market analysis, and document insights. Arcafeed is designed for research and informational purposes only. We do not offer financial, legal, or investment advice.
2. No Financial Advice
You acknowledge that all content provided via Arcafeed is for informational and research purposes only. Arcafeed is not registered as a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner. Arcafeed does not provide personalized investment advice or recommendations. You alone are responsible for any decisions made based on the content accessed through our platform.
3. AI Limitations and Hallucinations
Arcafeed uses LLMs, which are probabilistic models and may produce hallucinated or inaccurate content. We make reasonable efforts to verify information, but users should independently validate any output before relying on it. We explicitly disclaim liability for any damages resulting from use of LLM-generated outputs.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Arcafeed retains full ownership of the platform, its codebase, algorithms (including the RLFF system), UI/UX design, and any proprietary technology. All trademarks, including the Arcafeed name and logo, are owned by Arcafeed LLC and may not be used without prior written consent.
Users retain ownership of any original content they upload to the system. By using our platform, you grant Arcafeed a non-exclusive license to process your inputs for the purpose of providing the service.
5. Subscription and Pricing Model
Arcafeed operates on a subscription-based pricing model. Users may select from various tiers, including:
- Free Tier: Limited access with rate limits and shared model outputs.
- Pro Tier: Extended usage with advanced features.
- Enterprise / Institutional Tier: Custom deployment, privacy controls, and priority support.
Custom plans are available for hedge funds and institutional clients upon request. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Arcafeed to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Input personally identifiable financial information
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Arcafeed is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of information. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Arcafeed LLC is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses or regulatory exposure.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, MA.
